myTRADELINK ( is Malaysia’s first and only trade facilitation portal, which converges the trade community with relevant governmental bodies as well as other global trade and logistic corporations.

An initiative of the Malaysian Government, led by the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia - and operated by Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, myTRADELINK is a single online platform for the trading community to access trade related information and exchanging documents required to fulfill regulatory trade processes for import, export or transit - regardless of time and place.

myTRADELINK is well equipped with the facilities to dynamically enhance our nation’s trade across borders, thus increasing our country’s competitiveness as a trading nation. This was demonstrated in the latest edition of the “Doing Business” Report recently released by the World Bank, where our nation showed significant improvement in terms of economic competitiveness. The report ranks Malaysia as 11th in the world in the ‘Trading Across Borders’ category – an evaluation of the ease of trade via ocean transport – which is a notable and commendable leap from last year’s 29th position.

The portal was launched by Deputy Finance Minister, YB Senator Dato’ Ir. Donal Lim Siang Chai, on 5th September 2012 with a fresher look and feel as well as improved user-friendly navigation to its six (6) available services; namely eDeclare (Customs declaration), ePayment (Customs duty payment), eManifest (cargo manifest declaration), ePCO (Preferential Certificate of Origin application), ePermit (permit application) and ePermitSTA (Strategic Trade Act permit application). This single connectivity access provides a seamless connection to enable the secured, safe and efficient exchange of international trade information.
