CUSTOMER DAY SHOWCASES MoF SERVICES

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) launched its Customer Day event at the MoF Building in Commonwealth Drive yesterday, reaching out to the public on its roles and latest initiatives and as part of its continuous effort to improve customer service and efficiency.

Officiating the event at the Theatre Hall of the MoF Building was Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Setia Dato Seri Setia Awg Haji Abd Rahman bin Haji Ibrahim, Minister of Finance II at the Prime Minister’s Office. Themed “Towards Efficient and Effective Service”, the event saw the launching of the Brunei Darussalam National Single Window (BDNSW) portal. The $9.9 million BDNSW project, a flagship of the MoF, is an online platform for the exchange and delivery of information between entrepreneurs or the public and government agencies, which simplifies declarations, verification and approval with the use of one declaration only.
