The Philippines starts the Live Exchange of the ASEAN Customs Declaration Document (ACDD)

Wednesday, 26 January 2022.

Starting on 21 January 2022, the Philippines have exchanged the electronic ACDD with Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand; and with Malaysia on 25 January 2022.

The ASEAN Customs Declaration Document (ACDD) includes fifteen (15) mandatory information parameters extracted from the Export Declaration. The ACDD would be used as advanced information to enhance Customs risk targeting and profiling activities. In addition, the availability of the ACDD parameters would provide better visibility to various intelligence, enforcement, and monitoring system of Customs.
